 statistical learning every Thursday afternoon at 2pm. New to quantitative 
 research or looking to level up your data skills? Join us at the Geospatial 
 Map and Data Centre at the main floor of the TMU Library!\n\n \n\nWhat to 
 expect:\nThis is a hands-on session on data visualization with Python. 
 Participants will be introduced to different types of plots that can be 
 generated using Google Colab: a free cloud-based Python programming 
 environment. For this session\, we will be joined by guest speaker\, Dr. 
 Ahmed S. Khwaja. \n\n \n\nAbout the speaker:\nDr. Khwaja is a research 
 associate working in the fields of applied machine learning\, optimization 
 and signal processing at the WINCORE and DABNEL labs\, Toronto Metropolitan 
 University.\n\n
