Makerspace Drop-In Orientations In-Person
From 3D Printing to Green Screen recording space to python programming and electronics, TMU Libraries' Digital Media Experience Lab has your creation needs covered. At this interactive tour, DME staff will orient your through our SLC 308 lab space, our workshop offerings, and how to book lab equipment. Noteworthy stops on the tour will be our:
- Textiles & sewing area.
- SLC 508 green screen and podcasting studio.
- Glowforge laser cutter.
- 3D printing area.
- High performance media editing computers.
- Cricut vinyl cutter.
- Soldering & electronics workstations.
Guests will leave this session with an understanding of what types of projects and training supports are possible at the SLC 308 DME lab.
