Stats Chat is a weekly workshop series that dives into data and statistical learning every Thursday afternoon at 2pm. New to quantitative research or looking to level up your data skills? Join us at the Geospatial Map and Data Centre at the main floor of the TMU Library!

 

What to expect:
Using AI Tools, learn the basics of Web Development to showcase your projects. Discover how APIs can make data collection and visualization an easy process! Note: VSCode installation (free) and Github account (free) required for the workshop. Please plan to bring your own laptops! For this session, we will be joined by guest speaker, Jonathan Spinelli.

 

About the speaker:
Johnathan Spinelli runs the Debug Room, which is the Computer Science (CS) Department's academic help centre for CS students. Johnathan supports the learning of students in various CS topics, and leads workshops and outreach events to help students develop their technical skills.
