3D Printing Level 1: Introduction to Bambu 3D Printing In-Person
This event is co-hosted by the Libraries' Digital Media Experience Lab and TMU Biomedical Engineering Course Union (BECU).
This beginner-level workshop will teach learners how to operate Bambu Labs A1 model printers at the DME independently, with limited staff assistance. Attendees will leave this workshop with a practical understanding of how to:
- Setup, load and configure Babmu Labs A1 printing equipment.
- Optimally slice gcode for additive fabrication and 3D printing workflows.
- Safely operate 3D printing equipment.
- Model TMU Libraries acceptable use policies.
Learners will be eligible to apply for a Libraries' 3D printing badge.
