Do you wish you could get strarted with crochet, but the YouTube tutorials popping up in you search aren't doing the trick? Come to the DME for a workshop to break into the basics of crochet! In this interactive, workshop you will learn how to do four basic stitches, and you'll bring home your samples. This workshop will provide you with the fundamentals nedded to start any crochet project – large or small – and pursue your crochet ambitions!

Workshop Overview:

This workshop is led by an expert crocheter with years of experience who will be happy to assist you at all stages of your crochet journey! Skills learned in this workshop include:

  • how to chain, single crochet, double crochet, and triple crochet
  • how to adjust and maintain yarn tension
  • how to work stitches flat (square or rectangle)
