Be prepared, land the job: Using library resources to support your job interviews Online

Preparing for a job or internship interview? Whatever your field of study, stand out in your interviews by knowing your prospective employer’s industry, customers and corporate reputation.

Join the TMU Library for an online workshop on business resources for everyone. In this informal session, learn to quickly find credible and up-to-date information to engage in insightful conversations during your interview and networking. Get hands-on practice with specialty databases and walk away with practical information you can use: company profiles, competitors, how market trends are shifting, relevant trends on consumer behavior, and more.

Expectations for Participants: The session will be an interactive one that requires your active participation using virtual break out rooms, screen sharing, and working in small groups.

Tech check: We would love to see your shining face and hear your beautiful voice. Please ensure that at minimum, you have a stable internet connection with audio/mic capabilities with minimal background noise.

Target Audience: Open to all Current TMU Graduate and Undergraduate students regardless of discipline.
