DME Tutorial: Getting Started With Arduino

DME Tutorial: Getting Started With Arduino In-Person

Have you ever wanted to use Arduino to control inputs and outputs?

By the end of this workshop, you’ll be able to use an Arduino Uno Microcontroller to:

  1. Write and upload your own code using Arduino software.
  2. Identify and connect basic electronic components such as power supplies, LEDs, resistors, servo motors, and jumper cables.
  3. Control various components such as LEDs.

You'll finish this session having produced a basic Arduino program ("sketch") that controls a motor with input from the user. If you choose to continue your journey at a future date, you'll be able to attend advanced Arduino workshops and/or DME coding workshops.
