DESCRIPTION:Are you interested in recording your voice for a podcast\, a 
 school project\, or to have the fanciest instagram story on campus?\n\nBy 
 the end of this hands-on workshop\, you'll have a great-sounding recoding 
 of your project\, plus:\n\n\n	Knowledge about best practices for audio 
 recording.\n	Familiarity with either Adobe Audition or Audacity.\n	A 
 foundational understanding of audio editing workflows\, from recording to 
 post-processing. \n\n\nYou'll leave the event having learned to produce 
 high-quality audio recordings in your choice of Adobe Audition or Audacity. 
 You'll be able to to expand your knowledge in the future by booking future 
 studio sessions\, making your own recordings at home\, or by consulting 
 with DME Advisors on other related technologies that can support your 
 creative vision.\n\nIf you have developed a script in advance\, please 
 repare by rehearsing your script until you are comfortable with your 
 material. We have limited time in-studio and this will allow us to learn 
 more in our hour together. Additionally\, please ensure that you have 
 working TMU login to access our computers.\n\n\n\n
